Head of Quality Assurance (60-100%)

We are looking for a reliable and flexible head of quality assurance who would like to work in a young, dynamic team and support us with a structured approach to the growth of our company.
At Digt you will be responsible for implementing quality assurance as part of our software development process to create a scalable as well as automated way to ensure high quality standards of our applications. You will work closely with our development team to establish and implement processes for testing and ensuring the reliability, usability, and performance of our software.
Your Mission
In this exciting role you will be responsible for the following tasks:
Quality Assurance
- You will build and lead the QA team and manage the testing process for all software products
- You will develop and implement QA policies, procedures, and standards
- You ensure that the QA team has the necessary resources and tools to effectively test software
- You design and execute test plans and test cases for software products
- You will collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve defects
- You monitor and report on the quality of software releases
- You stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in QA
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or experience in a related field
- 5+ years of experience in QA, with 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of software development processes and testing methodologies
- Experience with automated testing tools and techniques
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks concurrently
- Experience in the software industry is preferred
