Teamlead Inbound Logistics

Ready for the next step in your career? We’re looking for someone to lead and develop our goods-in team of around 10 staff members and help us manage our growth.
Your main responsibilities
You’ll be involved in day-to-day operations right from the start – and will gradually take on the role of deputy team leader:
Logistics: Goods Receipt
- Technical and personnel management, shift planning and the further development of our goods-in team.
- You will ensure efficient, on-time goods-in processes – from goods receipt through to inspection and stock-taking – whilst maintaining our quality standards.
- You will play an active role in day-to-day operations, particularly during peak periods.
- You will identify areas for improvement and implement optimisations independently.
- You will monitor and manage the relevant KPIs for performance measurement.
Your profile
- Several years’ professional experience in logistics, ideally in the e-commerce sector.
- At least 1 year’s management experience or demonstrable leadership qualities (team leadership, shift supervision, acting in a managerial capacity)
- Proficiency in using digital systems and MS Office
Clear written and spoken communication in German (minimum B2 level).
- Physical stamina suitable for a busy warehouse environment (predominantly standing work, regular movement and lifting).
